Lifelong University
Brno 2 to 4 Dec 2025
International Lifelong Learning Conference
The Czech Republic, like other EU countries, is facing a shortage of skilled workers. Many people lack not only professional education but also the skills needed to live in a rapidly changing world. It is important to show society that lifelong learning is a key tool for development and a valuable investment for everyone - regardless of age, social status or labour market situation.
The Lifelong University Brno 2025 conference aims to open a discussion on the importance of lifelong learning, share examples of good practice, strengthen cooperation between universities and other institutions, and introduce innovative approaches to education, including professional development through micro-credentials.
